In order to strengthen the team in Rostock, we are looking for a dedicated location manager (w/m/d) construction engineer with structural planning experience in full-time, fixed and indefinite. Takeover of the operational and strategic management of the site, including control of all construction projects and teams Technical leadership and further development of the team in the field of structural planning and civil engineering Coordination and monitoring of solid and steel construction projects in all phases of performance Consultancy and coordination with architects, clients and partners to realize innovative and efficient solutions Representation of the site in the regional and supra-regional environment, maintenance of networks and customer relations Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and time requirements as well as continuous optimization of processes

Complete university studies as civil engineer (TH or FH) Multiannual professional experience in structural planning, ideally with leadership responsibility Knowledge of project management and civil engineering Safe handling of engineering software and MS Office Embossed leadership qualities, organizational talent and team skills Structured operation, sense of responsibility and communication strength willingness to take responsibility and actively shape the location
