That's the point:

You make sure that the application operation of our software runs smoothly with the customers Take the support, administration and configuration of Lovion BIS Software Software updates as well as system and program tests for quality assurance are carried out by you In addition, you support 1st level support for IT application-relevant issues You take the communication between our customers and the internal teams in troubleshooting and new requirements The customizing and data model adjustments of Lovion BIS software are also part of your tasks

You have a degree in computer science, a completed vocational training or a comparable qualification Experience in the application operation of a software solution Knowledge of object-oriented programming, such as C#, is desirable You are ready to work with our customers up to 3 days a week Besides German you speak fluent English You are happy to discover new technologies and develop yourself First experiences in the energy industry are advantageous Self-responsible work, team skills and a high level of communication
