Our client is a medium-sized family-owned company in the field of sustainable construction with more than 500 employees at six locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The company, which has been successfully established in industrial, housing and office construction for 50 years, places great emphasis on innovation and is fully focused on resource conservation - both in the processed materials and throughout the entire production chain.

The economically stable company sets its course for the future and is looking for a dynamic personality for the role of CFO (m/w/d) for the next phase of business development. In this key position, your team of 25 people takes over the overall financial responsibility of the group of companies with six companies and three business units. As a member of the management, you actively participate in the strategic and operational business development.

You will report directly to the CEO and understand yourself as a savings partner for the management and the shareholder in all business matters across all business sectors. They bring strategic vision and willingness to design, as well as a real passion for the work of numbers, and are not too bad to work on all levels in an operational manner.
