You take the monthly wage and salary bill for a fixed employee group. You make sure that all messages are done on time and correctly. You're a lawyer for authorities and social security institutions and take care of the certification. In all pay tax, social insurance and collective bargaining issues, you are a contact person for colleagues. You care for personal master files and process entry and exits in your area of responsibility. You set up electronic personal files and keep an eye on accounting dates. You can also support monthly and annual accounts and exciting projects in the HR environment.

You have a completed commercial training with a personal focus or a similar qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in payroll accounting. You have good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law as well as experience in occupational retirement. You have extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and bring strong Excel skills. An independent, structured way of working is not strange to you – and you also keep an overview in stressful phases. You have a transparent working style and are used to work conscientiously and process-oriented. You have good English skills, in word and writing.
