The STRABAG Property and Facility Services Group (STRABAG PFS) is an integrated building solutions provider, leading in digital and technical competence. Together in a team with our technical property managers and the back offices, you are responsible for exciting and demanding commercial properties of institutional customers. They are the first contact person for owners, asset managers, tenants as well as external service providers and responsible persons for overall object care. Your responsibilities include a wide range of tasks, such as the creation of reports, the processing of legal and insurance cases, the communication/ negotiation with tenants and owners, the processing of additional costs with the subject area, an active out-of-court receivable management as well as the budget planning and tracking and optimisation of the economic results of the properties you have supervised.

They have a completed training as a real estate businessman, an additional qualification, e.g. as a real estate businessman or real estate economy, as well as at least 5 years of experience in the management of commercial real estate. They have a routined and experienced handling of MS Office programs and ideally SAP RE FX. They are motivated and have organisational talent as well as fun dealing with people and bring a pronounced service orientation. They ideally have the class B licence. Your profile is rounded off by customer-oriented, binding and friendly appearance.
