Sales Partner Support Employee (m/f/d)

This place is located in the Orgadirektion Contract Service area. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the support of our sales partners (agents of the exclusive organization). You take care of all concerns about the contractual relationship. The focus is on commission topics for our sales partners of exclusiveness. You are involved in day-to-day operations: You support various administrative activities and communicate with active sales partners as well as specialist departments, in particular on topics of remuneration.

You bring your know-how profitable: the audit of balances and complaints on commission bills and financial support are your responsibility.

You drive changes and optimizations forward: In projects, you will work independently and help optimize processes.

You are a coordinating institution: You take over the coordination of the technical provision of commission data from our cooperation partners as well as ensuring the exchange of data with cooperation partners and the technical connection to the commission and/or Information systems of the Mannheimer.

Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments or a comparable qualification.

Experience: Ideally, you have been able to gain experience in sales as well as in dealing with customers or in the above-mentioned or comparable tasks.

Knowledge: You provide good oral and written expression and have a structured, efficient and independent way of working. Knowledge of SAP (ideally in FS-CD) and the common MS Office applications are of advantage.

Personality: You have a strong understanding of service, a strong communication strength and readiness to use. You will be happy to develop solutions for complex issues - helping you with your analytical thinking ability, your quick understanding and your structured working.
