Project management and control for the preparation, planning, tendering and execution of reconstruction, extension, maintenance measures for the properties of the German Pension Insurance Rheinland, in particular for the clinics of our clinic chain Introduction of procurement procedures by VOB/A and UVgO settlement of construction, service and supply contracts including supplementary management Coordination and leadership of the project team as well as control and monitoring of works of external architecture and engineering offices

Expected: A completed degree (diploma, bachelor degree) of the field of civil engineering or architecture or a comparable engineering discipline Ideally you have: Experiences in the application and interpretation of laws, standards and regulations, in particular knowledge of VOB in parts A/B/C, VgV, UVgO and all phases of performance of HOAI At least three years of professional experience in various phases of construction projects in the field of “Great Special Buildings” (§ 50 para. 2 Landesbauordnung NRW) with a project volume exceeding 10 million euros Routinized handling of standard IT systems (e.g. MS-Office) CAD knowledge and the handling of tendering programs driving licence class B Experience in the areas of project, quality, and process management willingness to engage in a work area with changing tasks and requirements and identify with the values of our mission statement Team skills, organisational and negotiation skills, loyalty, and engagement A good oral and written expression in the German language
