Number: MER00041RP Our Team Development Cost Planning Projects is responsible for controlling the medium requirements for Research & Development for the product projects of the Drive Systems of Mercedes Benz AG. We are a small, ready-to-be unit. We ask for pragmatism and solution orientation. We appreciate an open and value-adding approach to the team. These challenges include: Participation in the various RD mid-use topics, in particular in the projects: gearboxes, motors, electric drivetrain and batteries

Cooperation with project cost planners, lead controllers and project managers of research and development

Working in digital dashboards, analysis and interpretation of actual stands and creating forecasts

Support of project cost planners in data processing and reprocessing of meetings

Participation in the creation and implementation of various RD operations

Working with the creation of strategic management reports and corresponding communication document

The activity can begin from 17.08.2026.

Course in Economic Engineering, Technical Business Administration or a comparable course of studies

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Interest in digitization topics, as well as AI tools

Interest in technical and commercial relations desirable
