Your tasks:

• Welcome and receive visitors
• Audits
• Acceptance of calls and forwarding to the competent person (telephone center)
• First contact person* of customers, suppliers, applicants and other business partners
• Central contact point for our employees
• Editing emails
• Support for other administrative matters

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience at reception or in comparable service industry
• Secure knowledge of German and English
• Good knowledge of the PC
• independent and responsible operation
• Safe appearance, excellent handling and a well-kept appearance
