Own implementation of job evaluations and active support in the care and development of the global remuneration and grading structure Participation in external market comparisons in Germany (Mercer, WillisTowersWatson) through data processing and quality checks Participation in the preparation of the annual compensation report, including analyses, processing of data and quality assurance Operational support in the creation of staff provisions in close cooperation with controlling and accounting Preparation of analyses, evaluations and decision bases for the preparation of strategic and operational remuneration decisions (e.g. for groupings, external market analyses, compensation components or remuneration logics) Support in the introduction and further development of compensation-relevant tools, especially in SuccessFactors

Complete degree in economics, business, economic psychology, HR management or comparable Multiannual (1–3 years) Professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling or Accounting– preferably in international structures. Very strong analytical skills as well as a pronounced safe handling of Excel (lists, evaluations, analyses) Good business and entrepreneurial understanding, with high affinity for controlling and accounting issues First experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) desirable Very good English skills in word and writing (working language)
