In this role, the job owner (m/w/d) will be responsible for the continuous optimization / improvement of existing and future processes. The focus will be on the automation of processes.

Development of automated production processes up to fault-free transfer to production Optimization of existing production processes, e.g. by analysis of fault causes, statistical product tracking and evaluation of articles, ad hoc error elimination Implementation of new manufacturing technologies Implementation of the concept Quality by Design before introduction of new products Implementation of optimization projects or continuous process improvements from customer requirements and customer requests Implementation and coordination of validation projects Implementation and coordination of customer and development projects

Complete technical engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, automation, chemistry or a similar course of studies with the field of production technology At least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in the pharmaceutical environment, including cGMP knowledge Ideally relevant experience in automation Experience in the fields of validation or qualification, skill analyses and analysis of production processes according to process engineering, quality-related and economic aspects Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Lean, Six-Sigma and project management skills are desirable High cost and quality awareness as well as internal and external customer orientation Analytical thinking and structured working Ready to obtain Six Sigma GreenBelt certification within the first year
