Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Facility Management

We have exciting tasks for you

• Analysis and cause of error in the event of disturbances as well as independent execution of small repairs of all kinds

• Covering all necessary masters

• Perform regular inspection tours

• Introduction to RLT systems, fire alarm systems, building control, sprinkler systems, etc.

• Care and control of cleanliness in indoor and outdoor areas

• Removal of weeds and care of outdoor plants, green areas

• Winter service on public roads and parking spaces

Your site is an interesting object in Chemnitz.

The application takes place in a two-layer model (breakfast: 07:00 to 16:00 | Late shift: 12:00 to 21:00 h). Once a month a Saturday shift is required, which is compensated for by an additional free day in the week.
