Shift supervisor / shift supervisor / shift supervisor in the field of bottling / production (m/f/d)

You lead and maintain your team with approx. 25 employees during the shift who operate the following machines/plants: empty glass sliders, capslers, fillers, labelling machine, cardboard folders, packers and palletisers You are close to the team by motivating it and supporting it in tricky situations You ensure that our products are produced in terms of time and quality and quantity accordingly You organize the corresponding machine settings and setup times during product changes You monitor controls and documentation, control deviations and create reports. You are in close cooperation with the Head of Production and the Technical Manager, because the efficient use of personnel and materials is important to you to optimize the OEE You provide smooth and informative layer transfer You conduct employee talks, plan assignments and absences and have the wrong times in sight You introduce new employees into the production processes and are interested in keeping your shift team flexible by allowing workers to learn from our machines ensure compliance with the quality management guidelines and safety and hygiene rules

You have a technical, production-oriented training such as (food) technicians, industrial master (m/w/d) with well-founded practical experience - ideally in the beverage or food industry You already have leadership experience You are familiar with the handling of office applications You work independently, structured and keep an overview You are committed, responsible and understand to lead your team You communicate bindingly - also to interfaces such as QM, work preparation, warehouse, goods receipt
