Care Team Clerk (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes: the payment and the ongoing monitoring and verification of the monthly remuneration; the independent fixing of survivors' allowances, initial calculation of retirement, reduction and settlement decisions; telephone, written and personal advice and information sharing as well as assistance in the case of problems of the beneficiaries; Individually responsible data inputs of the payment-relevant data into the EDV program.

Knowledge of the supply law of the Länder Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and of the federal government as well as IT skills (Word, Excel) are desirable but not necessary

You should distinguish your sense of responsibility, understanding of numbers, team skills and your written and oral communication skills.

The career qualification for the second entry office of the category I (e.g. middle management) or a completed training for the administrative specialist is expected.
