Payments Individually responsible and on-time implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting Processing of reporting and certification for social security institutions and authorities Contact person (m/w/d) for all employee-related and social insurance issues Cooperation with external partners such as tax advisors (Financial Office) and health insurance companies as well as authorities and auditors Care of personnel master data and time management systems Creation of monthly reporting and adhoc evaluations Participation in personnel cost planning and financial statements Implementation of digitized processes and workflows Introduction of new projects Staff support Care and advice of executives and employees in all personal questions (e.g. recruiting, personnel development, staff support and labour law) Participation in the design and optimization of HR processes Close cooperation with the works council Creation of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents Working with HR projects and compiling analyses and statistics

A completed commercial training with further training in staffing or a comparable study Multiannual professional experience in pay billing and operational personnel (ideally in a collective production company) Secure knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law Experience in dealing with collective agreements and business agreements Routinized handling of a common payment accounting software (ideally SAP/HR) and MS Office Structured, independent and conscientious operation High service orientation, communication strength and absolute discretion Team spirit and sense of responsibility
