Business Continuity Management Specialist/BCM Officer (m/f/d)

Strengthen our team as a specialist in Business Continuity Management/BCM (m/w/d) at one of our locations in Bensheim, Karlsruhe, Nuremberg, Wiesbaden or Würzburg.

You develop our existing Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with ISO 22301 as well as our emergency precautionary concept. You identify and collect critical processes and functions within the SVA. You support the Business Continuity coordinators of the departments in carrying out Business Impact Analyses (BIA). You maintain the company's emergency planning documents (e.g. manuals, plans) and create reports for management as well as operational risk management. You support the other areas of expertise in emergency and crisis management. You create tests and exercises and are responsible for their implementation, guidance, evaluations and documentation. You prepare internal and external audits and accompany them personally.

You have completed vocational training, e.g. professional informatics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification focusing on business continuity, risk management or IT security, as well as several years of professional experience in the field of BCM. You bring expertise and relevant skills in a field qualifying for activity, e.g. in the care of a management system. You have a good overview of the relevant standards and regulations (ISO 22301) and good knowledge in the field of test scenarios and test cases. You have good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a solution-oriented working. You are open and curious about new topics and want to develop in our field. You are strong in communication with users and process managers and formulate complex content in German as well as intelligible. You possess good communication skills with very good German skills (C1 or higher).
