Support and further development of Microsoft 365: Together with your team, you ensure that our M365 environment works reliably. These include Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Defender, Copilot and the Power Platform. You will also continuously develop the platform. ensure safety, stability and performance: You ensure that all M365 services run stable, safe and efficient. On issues related to security and compliance, you work closely with the areas of cybersecurity and governance. Configure systems & automate processes: You take settings and configurations in the M365 environment, create rules and automate processes – for example with PowerShell or Power Automate. All changes can be documented. Introducing new features: You integrate new Microsoft-365 functions such as Copilot Agents, Microsoft Viva or Loop into our existing system landscape and advance the strategic development of the platform. Cooperation & Consulting: You work closely with our external IT service provider to ensure smooth operation. In addition, you will advise internal departments how to use and develop the M365 tools optimally.

Training & qualification: You have completed their studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications with corresponding technical background. Professional Experience & Practice: You bring at least five years of experience in the care, development and administration of Microsoft‐365 environments in larger companies. Technical knowledge: You have well-founded knowledge in Exchange Online (e.g. transport rules, journaling, hybrid setups), SharePoint Online (e.g. sites, permissions, governance), Microsoft Defender for M365 (e.g. Policies, Threat Protection, Reporting), Power Platform including Power Automate and PowerShell and Azure Active Directory (e.g. Conditional Access). Understanding IT architectures: You have experience with hybrid and cloud-based IT landscapes such as Azure, Exchange, Domain Controllers or Intune and understand how these systems work technically and strategically. Structure & innovation capability: You work structured, understand technical relationships quickly and develop practical, modern and sustainable solutions. Documentation & Communication: You document your work carefully and can explain technical topics in such a way that colleagues from other areas understand them well.
