Specialist Workday HCM (m/f/d)

As a Specialist (m/w/d) Workday HCM, you take responsibility for the support and further development of our Workday HCM portfolio and work closely with the departments and HR. You translate complex requirements into targeted workday configurations, control tests and release cycles and ensure smooth operation of integrations. Responsibility for support and further development of our Workday-HCM portfolio (including Talent Acquisition, HCM Core, Talent Optimization, Learning) Translation of Business Requirements in Workday Configurations and Technical Specifications Configuration, testing, validation and implementation of business processes in Workday Support in the operation of integrations and safe handling of EIBs (e.g. data imports and exports) Conducting tests, quality assurance and management of the release cycles Working in workday projects, e.g. on further rollouts

Complete university studies, preferably in business, business informatics, human resources management or a comparable subject area At least 2 years of professional experience in work with comparable HR management systems Embossed team and communication skills Very good understanding of HR processes and their technical mapping Analytical thinking, structured working and a pronounced ownership minimum Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
