You bring about You guide and control the Department of Fundamental Affairs and support the optimization of our credit processes. You have professional and disciplinary responsibility for eight employees, who encourage you to optimally exploit their potential through a targeted and at the same time value-assured leadership. As a coach and moderator, you actively accompany and develop your employees to promote their professional and personal development. As a designated expert in the credit business, you are responsible for monitoring the associated minimisation of credit risks. Your well-founded expertise enables you to optimally implement legal and supervisory requirements as well as technical innovations in the credit business. For the care and technical administration of the internal instructions and forms in the active business, keep the full overview at any time. Their area of responsibility as a manager also includes reporting to the Bundesbank, early risk recognition and real estate assessment.

This will bring you (m/w/d) with further, economic qualifications and Economics studies form the perfect basis for your new activity. You have extensive experience and good knowledge in the entire credit business, in particular through the legal regulations in the credit sector. You have good knowledge of the common Microsoft applications. You include entrepreneurial thinking and acting, pronounced analytical skills and persuasiveness among your strengths. You are high-communication, team capable and have a sovereign appearance. As a personality with leadership experience and integration ability, you are a model for your new team.
