Team management and development: management, promotion and development of the operational team. Customer orientation: Ensuring the timely processing of customer orders and customer satisfaction. Efficient planning: Strategic resource planning and coordination of orders and personnel. Process optimization: control, monitoring and optimization of workflows and ensuring process quality. Performance: Compliance with agreed performances and productivity targets. Continuous improvement: Initiative and implementation of optimization projects. KPI-based control: Analysis of the key figures and support of the team in the achievement of targets.

Graduate in Logistics, Engineering / Economic Engineering or Business Administration / BWL a comparable qualification, acquired by many years of experience, for example as a shift manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). Since our employees are in the focus, leadership skills and experience in dealing with diverse teams are very important to us. Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in the logistics environment with sound process understanding. Safe handling of current MS Office applications. German and English knowledge in word and writing. You have a healthy sense of humor and are willing to pack yourself, if necessary. You are a team-capable personality who likes to take on challenges together and promotes a strong sense of us. Even in challenging and time-critical situations, you keep a cool head and meet thoughtful decisions.
