Senior Business Continuity Manager (m/f/d)

Design the future: You are responsible for the implementation and further development of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) throughout the company – with a focus on Germany Identify risks: You support process managers in carrying out business impact analyses and BC risk analyses Continuity planning: In cooperation with our specialist areas, you are responsible for pragmatic continuity plans and emergency manuals that define clear responsibilities and escalation paths Strategic advice: In cooperation with the specialist department managers, you will develop the technical basis for decisions on risk mitigation and prioritisation of BCM measures Knowledge Transfer: You ensure business continuity training for employees and ensure continuous improvement of BCM Reporting: You are responsible for the seamless integration of BCM strategies in close cooperation with IT, logistics and sales. You will report directly to the Head of Business Security, Revision and Analysis Share knowledge: The organization of the necessary trainings and exercises for our employees also falls within your responsibility. Furthermore, together with a junior colleague, you form the BCM team and act as a mentor

Qualification: You have completed a degree in business management, risk or safety management or have a comparable qualification Practical experience: You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in an economic company – ideally in trade – as well as expertise in the development and implementation of BCM strategies Methodology competence: You are very tested in central BCM methods such as the Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk analysis and the preparation and testing of practical emergency plans Communication professional: The handling of different hierarchical levels and target groups is obvious to you and you are convinced by very good German and very good English knowledge in word and writing. Working methods: Their strengths are an independent and structured way of working and a pronounced problem-solving competence Teamability: You work in partnership with the team, communicate effectively at all levels and actively pass on your knowledge as a mentor It is, of course, for you to occasionally go on international business trips
