Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Each motorway kilometre has to be funded, planned and purchased at the desk, as well as supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. Legal advice of the branch in all areas of construction contract law and engineering law as well as contract law Preparation of opinions, comments and legal opinions Interdisciplinary cooperation with technical departments of the branch Support for legal proceedings in the branch area as well as management and coordination of contracted law firms Participation in the optimization of processes and digitization within the legal department Responsible participation in professional working groups within the branch, overriding or initiated by the headquarters

Successfully completed university studies in law with second legal state exams Relevant professional experience desirable Very good expertise in building contract and engineering law and ideally in contract law Your personal strengths include: willingness to work on new legal areas and changing issues and issues and to develop these third parties Embossed communicative skills in word and writing as well as a high problem solving competence flexibility, analyser, team capacity, service orientation
