Cutting machine operator / CNC lathe operator / CNC router (m/f/d)

We are looking for a machining mechanic / CNC lathe / CNC milling cutter that supports our customers with passion and know-how. Are you interested in technology, varied work and independent work? Then you are right with us!

Your tasks:

• Bars, fittings, retraction and operation of modern CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
• Reading and customizing CNC programs (e.g. Mazatrol, Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc) as well as correcting tool data and cutting values
• machining of various metallic materials, in particular stainless steel, duplex steels and special alloys
• Self-employed workpiece testing within the framework of the self-control of plant workers using standard measuring and testing equipment and documentation of production results
• Regular maintenance, maintenance and tool change at the associated CNC machine tools to ensure high machine availability

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as machining mechanic, CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, precision mechanics or comparable training in the metal sector
• Practical experience in machining (turning or milling), preferably in machine, tool or fittings
• Experience in handling common CNC controls (e.g. Mazatrol, Siemens Sinumerik, Heidenhain or Fanuc)
• Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings, shape and position tolerances and production plans
• High quality and precision awareness, reliability, team spirit and willingness to shift work
