Leadership, development and motivation of an interdisciplinary team of IT consultants and project managers:inside. Overall responsibility for the management and successful implementation of complex digitalization projects in publishing companies. Ensuring consistent application and continuous development of established project management standards as well as responsibility for the comprehensive project portfolio and resource management. Ensuring compliance with quality, budget and time requirements in demanding customer projects as well as active development of our consulting and performance portfolio. Establishment and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships, identification of new business potentials and active support in acquisitions and participation in public tenders.

Completed studies in business management with deepening in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in (IT) consulting, as well as a good understanding of editorial and publishing systems for digital and print media. Detectable experience in the management and development of teams as well as in the acquisition of sales responsibility in a consulting environment. Expertise in managing complex IT projects and developing innovative, customer-oriented solutions. Impressed communication strength, safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels as well as analytical and strategic thinking. Readiness to travel (mainly within Germany) for customer appointments as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
