Planning, implementation and administrative operation of messaging platforms with hybrid scenarios (MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Skype for Business Server, MS SharePoint, Microsoft 365) MS PowerShell-Scripting Development/Testing/Implementation Maintenance and optimization of Microsoft environments and operations and related documentation Contact person for clients, software manufacturers and internal service groups, technical advice for customer management in the IT-DLZ

Successfully completed studies (Dipl.-FH or Bachelor) in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study and multiannual professional experience in the mentioned field of work or a successfully completed IT vocational training with several years of professional experience in the mentioned field of work and in combination with extensive training in two other IT fields (e.g. in programming, operating system administration or platforms for digital technologies) Good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English Knowledge and experience for imaging work processes and automation with the help of PowerShell; with the focus on MS Exchange, MIM and/or MS Skype for Business Knowledge of MS Exchange or MS Skype for Business Basic knowledge of IT technologies (cluster systems, network technology, MS Share Point and Microsoft Cloud)
