Payroll Specialist (*all genders)

As a Payroll Specialist, you take responsibility for the billing of charges as well as selected HR processes and are a competent person for employees, executives and external bodies. You are responsible for the monthly fee billing with SAP HCM – from preparation to timely execution. You enter the time economy and accompany administrative HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle. You advise employees and managers on payroll, payroll, payroll, social insurance and tariff topics, in particular ERA Metall NRW. You tax the certification and reporting in cooperation with authorities, financial offices and social insurance institutions. You support system testing, updates and digitalization projects and actively develop our payroll processes.

You have a commercial training and multiannual experience in billing. You bring knowledge of pay tax and social security law; ERA Metall NRW is a plus. You work safely with MS Office, ideally with SAP HCM. You work carefully, independently and solution-oriented – even in complex topics. You are pleased to support people in a service-oriented manner and to find good solutions together. You communicate with value, you like to work in the team and get active. You have fun in optimizing processes, shaping digitalization and using new technologies such as AI. The position is provided at 38.5 hours per week (full time). We are bound by tariffs (metal NRW). For this position, the basic entry fee is between EC 9-10 plus special tariff payments. The final classification is based on the collective evaluation of tasks and is based on objective, gender-neutral criteria such as qualifications and professional experience.
