Strategy and campaign management You design creative multichannel campaigns and implement holistic online marketing strategies that achieve measurable results. You identify target groups, plan effective marketing activities and increase reach and lead generation. You analyze market and competition developments, understand internal processes and conduct concrete optimization measures. Marketing Automation and CRM You are developing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategically, optimizing existing structures and bringing in-depth experience in introducing and developing CRM systems. You plan and implement automated marketing workflows and customer journeys that are precisely tailored to our target groups. Analysis and Performance You will retain relevant KPIs in mind, analyze campaign results and guide data-based measures for process and conversion optimization. Cooperation and online marketing You work closely with sales, customer service and internal teams to improve system networking within Salesforce and optimally implement campaigns. You support the team in online marketing activities in the areas of CMS, social media and SEO.

You have several years of experience in introducing, supporting and developing CRM and marketing automation systems. You have practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable tools such as HubSpot, MS Dynamics or Marketo. You are routined in handling mailing and campaign systems, including segmentation, personalization and automated workflows. You can move yourself confidently on social media platforms as well as in content management and SEO tools. You can safely edit and customize graphics, visuals and campaign motifs in the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator). You have a strong understanding of numbers, analysing marketing data and deriving concrete recommendations for action. You work independently as well as solution-oriented and communicate clearly and precisely in German, at least in C1 level.
