Product Manager (m/w/d)

holistic development and control of the product lineup of the Kettler Alu wheel brand, from the first idea to the market launch Project management for product development projects in the area of bicycles, e-bikes and load wheels, including control of external design and engineering service providers Definition and tuning of product specifications for bikes, e-bikes, bikes and accessories Coordination of the development of frames, components and accessories in close cooperation with specialised partners Coordination with suppliers in Europe and Asia to ensure quality, costs, appointments and technical feasibility Conducting market and competition analyses to identify trends, opportunities and innovation potentials Cross-departmental cooperation with sales, marketing and production for product positioning, serial start and lifecycle management Work and participation in technical documentation for service, production and other internal areas in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments. Preparation and participation in national and international trade fairs for product presentation and trend observation

A completed technical training, a technical study or a comparable qualification Experience in product management, technical development or project management, ideally in the bike or e-bike area Very good technical understanding for bike and e-bike systems as well as interest in new technologies and market trends Ability to think products holistic, from the first idea to the preparation of the specification to the start of series production High organisational capacity and experience in cooperation with suppliers and external development partners Safe appearance, clear communication and joy in cooperation with other departments Good English knowledge of word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, for example Excel and PowerPoint, as well as sovereign use of MS teams Basics in handling ERP systems, for example INFOR LN Basic knowledge of 3D design software, for example SolidWorks enthusiasm for bikes and e-bikes as well as the motivation to actively shape innovative products
