You are responsible for the entrepreneurial and strategic development of the banking sector, the associated employees and experts in the banking environment with the aim of positioning Wavestone as a long-term strategic partner of the banking industry.

You recognize market trends and needs of existing and potential banking customers and implement them in successful topics and sales activities.

You enthuse people, shape successful consulting teams and develop and develop employees in the sense of our company values ‘Energetic, Responsible, Together'

You provide impulses for the active development of the consulting portfolio and develop innovative solutions together with the consulting teams.

You participate in the long-term strategy development and annual thematic and sales planning for the Banking sector.

You support sales opportunities and participate in relevant tendering and tender processes and start best-in-class offer for our customers.

You follow the goals set (project goals as well as sales and earnings targets) and actively shape Wavstone's success story.

You have many years of experience in consulting for banks and financial services, as well as over 10 years of experience in management and IT consulting banking and ideally pre-sales/sales banking.

You are experienced in the banking market, know the Pain points of banks and financial services companies and bring innovative topics and solutions for banks to life

You can safely move to the creation of offerings for demanding services for banks and financial service providers, preferably in business and IT consulting with a focus on SAP projects.

You convince with pronounced energy, communication strength and negotiation skills.

You communicate safely and according to target groups in German and English.

Travel and networking in the company and the local customer are of course for you.
