For the ''Electronic Warfare (EW)' area we are looking for a*n at the Ulm site at the next possible time Projektmanager Airborne EW Systems (w/m/d) The ''Electronic Warfare (EW)' section develops innovative products and solutions in the field of radar and communication interference systems for air, sea and land-based military applications.

Creation of offers for solutions and products in the area of responsibility Analysis of customer requirements and derivation of product/system requirements Self-employed planning and execution of customer projects in terms of time, scope, costs and quality Active management of risks and opportunities as well as close coordination with customers, partners, users, subcontractors and suppliers Creation of business cases and the definition of product roadmaps Working with the program-wide overall strategy Professional leadership of the project team including employees from other functions (Matrix organization) Regular exchange with related projects within the programme area Sales-supporting activities such as customer demonstrations and workshops at home and abroad

Complete studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Experience in the professional leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary teams Multiannual professional experience in project management, PMI certification Extensive knowledge in creating offers Basic knowledge of high-frequency technology Kentnisse in military procurement Self-employed, systematic and structured work Compulsory occurrence, enforcement and readiness to take responsibility German and English skills
