You are critical of organisational structures, roles and processes and initiate concrete improvement measures. You will develop career paths, role profiles and title logics together with the departments To build an enterprise-wide competence model for expertise, behaviour and leadership skills, you play an active role Strategic personnel planning, scenario analysis and demand forecasts help you with reliable data and analysis Key projects in the area of people, from conception to implementation, bring your expertise to the further development of our People Strategy

You have completed your studies in the field of BWL, Psychology, Sociology, Personnel Management or a comparable subject You bring multiannual professional experience in People Strategy, Organisational Development, HR Controlling, People Analytics, Management Consulting, Building Competence or Career Frameworks, or in a comparable environment with Complex questions you analyze and develop clear concepts and recommendations for action Ideally, you have already accompanied workforce planning or organization design projects You have experience in handling HR systems, data analysis and BI tools. Experience in international business structures is advantageous Projects are safe and confident in exchange with managers and different stakeholders You like to actively shape changes and bring joy to build new structures You can communicate safely in German and English
