Advising management, executives and HR in all matters of individual and collective labour law Focus on individual labour law and individual labour law cases in the daily operating business Self-assisted support of personnel measures, in particular dismissals, transfers, terminations and revocation contracts Consultation and support for labour disputes and labour court proceedings Creation, examination and negotiation of employment contracts and employment agreements Cooperation with HR, executives, other departments and external firms Classification of current developments in labour law and practical implementation in the company Participation in the further development of labour law processes and standards

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Very good knowledge of individual labour law as well as experience in collective labour law, a qualification as a specialist lawyer for labour law is desirable Experience in a manufacturing company, the logistics industry or the personnel service is advantageous Practical and implementation-oriented mode of operation with a pronounced hands-on mentality coupled with a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of thinking and understanding of economic and operational relationships Safe occurrence and ability to communicate legal matters in a comprehensible and addressable manner Self-employed, structured working and joy in cooperation with HR, executives and management
