DISCLOSURES AND CHALLENGES

Independent implementation of exciting projects (concept, planning, preparation, implementation and refurbishment) in the field (emnichannel) events in close coordination with the project management Operational control of individual project modules and interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues from other fields With the help of creative burrainstorming and development of holistic event and communication concepts – increasingly with the inclusion of digital mechanisms and social media etc. Research, inquiry and coordination of service providers, partners, locations, artists, trade fair construction companies and hotels Support and advice of customers in day-to-day business in coordination with project management Expansion of existing customer relationships Creation of concept presentations for new and existing customers Creation and maintenance of cost plans, offers and bills Ensuring smooth project processes and continuous optimization of internal processes together with the team Coordination of external partners and control of smaller project teams or subprojects

At least 5 years of professional experience in event management – ideally in an agency or in close cooperation with agencies Complete training or comparable studies in event management, marketing or communication Experience with the creation of event and communication concepts and their presentation Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint Solid knowledge of the event industry, the MICE business and adjacent areas Interest in current media, event, show and staging trends Structured, organised work of high quality standards Purchasing basic understanding and good numerical understanding Secure appearance, teamability and pronounced communication strength Very good German and good English skills
