Teamlead Used Cars (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you are responsible for car sales for used cars at our locations in Marburg and Rosbach. Your main tasks include controlling, reporting and planning of used cars. You develop the sales processes and use them for compliance and implementation, with the aim of increasing process stability and efficiency. You opt for customer relationship management, with special focus on key customers and promotion. The leadership of your team, consisting of sellers and customer service providers (m/w/d), as well as the development of the team, e.g. through regular employee talks, identification of training needs, etc., are also part of your tasks. You are also responsible for compliance with stock, sales and cover fee planning.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or an economic study and ideally have first knowledge in the automotive industry? Very good! You have a certification to the seller? Perfect! If not, no problem! You have already gained professional experience in a comparable function with leadership responsibility or are you ready to go the next career step? Then you are right with us!
