The STRABAG Property and Facility Services Group (STRABAG PFS) is an integrated building solutions provider, leading in digital and technical competence. Perception of object responsibility for the associated objects Compliance with customer and user contact care as well as the contact function on site Analysis of customer requirements and customer-specific process adaptation Control of the technical and infrastructural services in the associated objects and performance areas including the planning of regular services in accordance with customer contracts and legal regulations to comply with the operator obligations assignment, control and handling of external services Examination and implementation of quality improvement measures performing object visits as well as the determination, displaying and setting of value conservation measures Management and verification of master data in the CAFM system Invoicing of technical and infrastructural services according to the customer's performance directory

vocational training in the technical or commercial commercial field; Alternatively, a comparable professional qualification Training as a specialist:in facility management, technician:in or comparable professional experience in facility management Business knowledge and knowledge in Microsoft Excel Experience in CAFM systems desirable, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Planning and organizational skills as well as independent and team-oriented work driving licence class B
