The CS ERP is the reliable and powerful partner for providing business solutions that our customers need to modernly design and manage their business processes. The Human Resources and BI department is responsible for solutions, projects, and advice related to personal processes and business intelligence as well as the ability of users. As part of the user skills, training requirements for all relevant applications in the field of ERP/SAP are evaluated, evaluated, implemented and, together with the customer, the further approach to demand coverage is determined taking into account accompanying training management measures.

Requirements analyses, cost estimates, conception of business processes and implementation of business processes

Support in the design and realization of SAP solutions in agile projects. In particular conceptual fixation, customizing, testing, cut-over and stabilization

Ensuring application and integration consulting in the holistic implementation of SAP PPM solutions as well as the cross-process integration capability in SAP BW/BI

Technical coordination and implementation of agreed conceptual requirements

Cooperation in the realization of SAP solutions for projects with different main processes for the tools and systems used by the Bundeswehr

Completed subject-related university studies or comparable with 2 years of relevant professional experience

First practical experience in the design and implementation of SAP projects in the field of SAP BW/BI

First knowledge of SAP BW/BI tools in front end, or Backendum field

Methodskills in project management and agile project methods (e.g. GPM or SCRUM)

Communication skills, willingness to learn, team skills and sense of responsibility complete your profile
