Working Student in Compliance Management (m/f/d)

You support the Compliance team in the audit of business partners and conduct research on relevant background information. You research on selected legal issues, create structured notes and assist in drawing up appropriate letters. You contribute to the creation, revision and further development of training and communication materials such as presentations, flyers or videos. You support the audit of business partner codes. You perform organisational tasks, for example in the planning and organisation of training, the support of tool functions and the support of purchasing and release processes. You evaluate relevant data and contribute to the creation of reports and evaluations for compliance management.

You are in ongoing legal studies and have completed their basic studies, for example in the form of the successfully completed interim examination. You have basic technical knowledge, in particular in criminal law, in the law on offences (OWiG), in the Bayerische Verwaltungs- und Verfahrensgesetz (BayVwVfG), in the Supply Act (VersoG) and in the Civil Code (BGB). Ideally, you also have first knowledge in the Money Laundering Act (GwG); However, these are not a compelling prerequisite. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You work independently, carefully, structured and discreetly and, in particular, deal responsibly with sensitive information. You have a pronounced communication strength and are able to prepare complex content in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner.
