Service Coordinator - Inside Sales | Heating and ventilation technology (SHK/HVAC) (m/f/d)

You keep the threads together in the background so that everything goes outside the customer.

You coordinate service operations, keep appointments clean, talk to customers, suppliers and technicians and make sure that a clean process is made from a request. In short, You're not just administration. You are the organizational backbone of the service. You accept service enquiries, coordinate their processing and maintain maintenance appointments as well as ongoing processes. You plan and dispose of service technicians and commissioning technicians. You create offers, order confirmations and invoices. You can safely provide customer data, orders and service documentation in ERP and CRM systems. You tune spare parts with suppliers and communicate with customers, technology and sales. You work with internal and international teams to further improve service processes. completed commercial or technical training, ideally related to SHK / HLK Experience in order processing, offering and accounting good understanding of technical relationships in the field of heating and ventilation technology safe handling of MS Office and ideally with ERP and CRM systems very good knowledge of German in word and writing English skills that you can do well in an international environment structured, independent operation high service orientation, team skills and joy at customer contact
