Customer Project Manager (m/f/d)

Self-employed and independent management of national and international complex projects (volumes >5M€) within the “Simulation Solutions” area in time, scope, cost and quality as well as customer satisfaction Ensuring robust and efficient project planning including task distribution and management of the project team (application of Integrated Project Monitoring and Control Methods) in compliance with Hensoldt Internen Processes Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and ensuring effective communication and cooperation Stakeholder management as well as building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners and customers Implementation and support of product strategies from our product management Project execution including design-to-cost and integration of ''lessons learnt'' insights Ensuring active risk and opportunities management and resource availability Developing a strong claim and waiver management Working with the creation of offers Preparation and implementation of presentations for management and customers

Complete studies in industrial engineering, technical management or comparable Entrepreneurial (pro-active) thinking and acting Good technical understanding; HW/SW; Background in the RADAR area Found experience in project management, certification e.g. PMP® advantageous Self-employed, systematic and structured working methods and good organisational and communication skills Outstanding skills in leadership and motivation of teams Customer orientation, enforcing ability, consistency and ability to work independently in a complex environment Team skills, communication strength and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work together, across cultural boundaries Very good knowledge of German and English The willingness to attend on occasional missions is assumed
