You work in recruiting and onboarding new employees: You are organising and supporting internal training and personnel development You assist in the administrative support of our employees You accompany and implement projects in the field of employer branding and employee retention You communicate with internal and external partners in German and English You work with interdisciplinary projects and the further development of HR processes

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 and feel safe in English You are interested in personnel topics, work organisation and HR processes You can demonstrate first practical experience in the commercial sector (e.g. internship, secondary job) - desirable, no need You have a structured and solution-oriented way of working You are characterized by team spirit and a high self-initiative You live near the site Zweibrücken or are ready to commute (max. 60 minutes drive recommended) Career prospects: We offer you good takeover opportunities with development opportunities in responsible HR functions.
