You create sound and comprehensible real estate reviews for different object types. These include in particular: Compilation of road value assessments and real estate assessments Implementation of object visits and documentation of object features Research and evaluation of relevant market data Analysis of land, buildings, rights, loads and value-relevant features Application of recognised assessment procedures by ImmoWertV Communication with clients, owners, authorities and other stakeholders Quality assurance and technical examination of assessment documents Participation in the further development of internal evaluation processes

You have a completed certification as a real estate agent according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 and ideally bring practical experience in real estate assessment. We also wish: Knowledge of ImmoWertV and common evaluation procedures Experience in the creation of transport value assessments Safe handling of MS Office and digital work processes Self-employed, structured and careful working Embossed Analytical Thinking Communication strength and professional appearance driving licence class B Ready to visit objects
