For this position, several foreworkers (m/w/d) are searched for different work areas. Working hours are between 14:00 and 22:00 and are in offset layers; If necessary, a night shift can also be provided in order not to impair the production processes. Your duties Order Management: Order acceptance and processing Technical cleaning: preparation and execution of orders in technical cleaning (cleaning of product machines, working areas and working equipment) Operational cooperation: Active cooperation in day-to-day business and simultaneous takeover of control and monitoring tasks in on-site cleaning work Team leadership: Leading and coordinating your cleaning team in compliance with the safety principles Customer support: Intensive customer support and customer relationship enhancement Quality assurance: Quality control of services provided incl. Technical or craft training, e.g. industrial cleaner, industrial mechanic, building cleaner or comparable Professional experience: Ideally experience in technical cleaning | Industrial cleaning (cleaning of machinery and equipment) Mobility and flexibility: passenger transport and ready for weekend work Communication strength: Embossed communication strength and empathy Leadership competence: Ideally experience in guiding a team language skills: good knowledge of German; Arabic or Romanian knowledge is advantageous Teaching according to the Infection Protection Act: Valid teaching according to the Infection Protection Act §43 is advantageous
