Expansion and management of our subsidiary Koblenz incl. Sales and Budget Responsibility You are driving forward the implementation of regional corporate strategies You give impulses and take control (strategic & operative) for our sales and recruiting business As a model and leader, you are responsible for leadership and interdisciplinary promotion of the branch team In addition, you will expand existing customer relationships with our Account Management

A completed university degree Sales and leadership experience in the field of engineering/IT services or personnel services Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as process and concept strength Impressed change and problem-solving competence High capacity for innovation and consistent action
