The Agency shall ensure a holistic, audit-proof emergency management that meets the requirements of MaRisk, BAIT and DORA and will enable the Bank to remain operational even in crisis and exceptional situations. The close cooperation with information technology, information security, regulatory and specialist areas, as well as the continuous development of guidelines, processes and tests will make a sustainable contribution to the organisation's stability and resilience.

In this task you take over: Ensuring the reliable implementation of legal and supervisory requirements (including MaRisk, BAIT, DORA) in emergency management Accompanying the specialist areas in emergency exercises and tests as well as evaluation and quality assurance of the results The regular review, maintenance and further development of the emergency guideline, the emergency guide and corresponding work instructions The contact function for internal and external audit instances in all aspects of emergency management The conceptual and technical development of the Bank's emergency management Advice to management and departments on emergency management and emergency planning The close cooperation with IT emergency management, information technology, operational IT security and regulatory within a cross-functional team

Ideal for this position: A bank training with additional qualifications, such as a completed study, farmerin, certification emergency managerin Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, BSI 200-4 and possibly ISO 22301 Understanding bank-internal processes and structures, in particular in connection with information technology outsourcing management, information security and operational risk management Experience in emergency and crisis management, including creation, maintenance and testing of emergency plans, manuals and guidelines The ability to understand and penetrate information in a short time, to identify relationships and to set meaningful priorities. Thinking in holistic structures and processes is easy for you. Their proactive action leads to pragmatic and solution-oriented decisions. An empirical communication that will make you targeted and adaptable. The takeover of responsibility and the binding entry of your own position are of course for you.
