The BBK is the head office of the Federal Government for National Crisis Management in Germany. We ensure the quality of crisis management in a central coordination role with federal, international and cross-sector partners. In view of this task, our interdisciplinary team is growing steadily. We are looking for unlimited duration at the next time a specialist (w/m/d) Paying group 11 TVöD (Bund) in the Z.II.3 Property and Health Management Unit at Bonn.

Construction management – Together with the departments, you identify the need for necessary construction measures. In close cooperation with the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, the Construction Administration and other actors, you control the assignment and actively accompany the implementation of the measures. Environmental Management – You support the implementation of our company’s environmental management and implement the resulting structural requirements independently. Financial management – you plan the budget for your task and take over the ongoing financial monitoring of these measures. Contract and Procurement Management – You take over the contract management for the planned construction measures and create performance descriptions for procurement measures together with the awarding authority.

You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Economics / Administration, or a comparable degree programme. As an alternative, you have a career qualification for the senior civil servant service or as a collective employee with a degree in an administrative profession of the corresponding qualification level (administrative/administrative/administrative/administrative/administrative course II). Ideally, you have significant professional experience in property management or public administration and provide knowledge of budgetary and procurement law and building regulations. A professional experience with a technical or technical background is desirable. You have fun working with the team and with external partners. Application of officials – If you are in an official relationship, we will take you up to the grade 11 at the same level by means of a disorder with the aim of the transfer.
