Initiate, implement and process sub-frame contracts with the German contracting authority (öAG) Announcements in the section Spare parts of the öAG process comprehensively and carefully The order processing including appointment tracking as well as delivery note and invoice processing is within your responsibility Supply and order processes control you independently and efficiently For projects around the spare parts supply, take over the project management Develop sales concepts to advance our business Optimize process sequences within the spare parts supply continuous Improve interfaces between the departments involved and drive the automation of the supply chain Create code-related evaluations and reports to enable sound decisions Record and edit frame contract calls reliably in SAP Cooperation with various internal departments (GS, OM, SC, EL, EW, FC, FM, FK) will help you actively Tracking dates and processing of shipping documents and invoices Your own responsibility Each year, framework agreements are revised both technically and commercially You can negotiate customer contracts safely and with negotiation skills Prepare price reviews and conduct price negotiations based on VOPR

You have a completed Business Economic and/or Technical Studies (FH/Uni) You have very good SAP know-how are safe in handling the common office applications and have experience in sales, project management and the national spare parts market knowledge of public procurement and pricing law, VSVgV Ideally you have experiences in project processing and customer support A self-confident and safe occurrence, expressed communication strength, authentic and integree personality as well as a certain readiness to travel round off your profile
