What you are moving with us: They implement the rights and obligations of commercial property and lease management at all PENNY departments in the West region. You take over the appointment management as well as compliance with deadlines, durations and all rental payments. You are responsible for the audit and execution of rental increases, rental reductions, rent maintenance and replacements with the landlord. You create all rental documents and take over the ongoing processing of the operating and auxiliary costs and the billing. You will take care of the termination of sub-rental relationships and the creation of termination and option declarations. They are responsible for correspondence with tenants and landlords as well as communication with different internal interfaces as well as service providers and authorities. They are responsible for the management and management of service contracts. They check service bills and control services. They take over the ongoing system and data management.
