Implementation and evaluation of quality checks on cosmetic finished products and packaging Release, blocking and tracking of quality-relevant products Processing of quality deviations, complaints and causes analyses Creation and tracking of supplier complaints Ensuring complete quality documentation and traceability Quality-side support of new developments and product introductions Production support for quality and process improvements Implementation of incoming and sample checks Cooperation with suppliers and internal departments such as production, purchasing and supply chain

Complete training in the field of chemistry, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, quality management or a comparable qualification Experience in quality assurance of a manufacturing company Knowledge in handling quality deviations, complaints and corrective measures Understanding production and manufacturing processes Safe handling of MS Office, ideally also with ERP systems Structured, independent and responsible operation Communication strength, enforcement and team spirit Good knowledge of German and English Class B driving licence
