The Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH) is the central construction and real estate service provider of the Hessian state administration. Then you will be part of our team in the Construction Management division. We are waiting for a wide range of tasks for politically important projects concerning sustainable construction and operation in our regional properties as well as within the framework of the CO2-neutral regional administration. The place of use and the organizational assignment is in principle in the LBIH headquarters in Wiesbaden. In addition, the site will be alternating (50%) at the Rhein-Main branch in Frankfurt (maximum for 1 year).

Consultation and professional coordination of LBIH branches and central business units in the implementation and application of the Sustainable Building Evaluation System (BNB) Development of application aids and concepts of energy efficiency and sustainability standards of the Land of Hesse and advice on the application Advising the development of local and topical rehabilitation concepts Specialized advice on the engagement of planning competitions and pricing Training and implementation of specialized training As part of the incorporation in the Rhein-Main branch: Quality assurance of the topics of energy-efficient and sustainable construction within the framework of the technical examination expert advice on the application of standards of the state of Hesse and the federal government on sustainability (checklists, Guides, work aids) and the certification process Calculation of testable summer heat protection and heat bridge and moisture protection Creation of life cycle cost calculations and eco balance sheets Development of performance images for the assignment of freelance workers

Complete university studies (FH Diploma/Bachelor) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification Knowledge of legal foundations and normative requirements in the field of sustainability, climate protection and energy Ideally qualifications as a BNB coordinator or DGNB consultant or proven experience with the systemic sustainability assessment Experience in the field of climate strategy (Climate Agreements of Paris, CO2-neutral state administration and climate neutrality) as well as experience in the areas of resource-saving construction, recyclable building materials, LowTech, modular and serial construction and life cycle considerations are desirable Knowledge in building and procurement law, in particular with regard to HOAI, VgV and VOB, as well as the administrative procedures and construction procedures according to RBBau and GABau Communication and consulting skills and ability to develop innovative concepts Safe handling of MS Office programs and ideally experience in software solutions for sustainability assessment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Suitability to work on construction sites with possible applications in tight spaces or at large, as well as a driving licence of class B and the willingness to occasional service journeys (pool vehicle)
