Your tasks:

• The child-oriented organization of the daily routine and the entire time schedule is your responsibility, while you agree closely with the management and ensure a smooth, structured process taking into account the supervisory obligation.
• Planning, organization and implementation of all educational offers and special activities are part of your everyday life, as well as developing creative projects that promote the individual strengths and interests of children.
• If necessary, you will accompany the integration of children with disabilities or disabled children into the group and create an inclusive environment where all children can feel comfortable and unfold.
• Actively participate in parental, promotional and conflict talks, build trusted relationships with families and professionally advise them on educational issues and development issues.
• Written observations, documentation and reflections are regularly prepared to follow the development steps of the children and to make the educational work transparent.
• To develop the organizational and educational concept of the institution, you are actively involved, so that current scientific knowledge and best practices are continuously involved.

Your profile:

• (m/w/d), healer-teacher (m/w/d) or as a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) -- alternatively you qualify for a study of social education, childhood education or a comparable degree for this position.
• Professional experience in working with children is ideally accompanied by practical insights into the design of educational processes and the implementation of modern concepts, including as a social assistant (m/w/d), nurse (m/w/d) or social pedagogical assistant (m/w/d).
• Management experience is desirable, but no need -- important is your motivation to take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of the facility.
• Specialist training in the field of education or rehabilitation is welcome to be seen and underline your willingness to continue professionalization, such as inclusion, language promotion, psychomotorics or early childhood education.
• With empathy, patience and enthusiasm, you will meet the children at eye level, and you will appreciate close cooperation with parents and understand yourself as a reliable educational and educational partner.
